Sydney Furbush serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Shift Diverse Business Solutions, bringing over three decades of expertise in the Gas and Electric Utility Industry. With a seasoned professional background, Sydney has been instrumental in advancing Supplier Diversity programs, actively contributing to the success of numerous clients through the implementation of industry-leading best practices.

In his role as COO, Sydney strategically oversees key aspects of Shift Diverse Business Solutions, utilizing his profound expertise in Supplier Diversity programs to drive innovation and enhance the company's competitive edge.
